DESCRIPTION:ChatGPT\, Copilot\, Gemini\, Claude\, etc. These are all GenAI 
 (generative artificial intelligence) products we are hearing a great deal 
 about and with which we are becoming more and more familiar. They are\, 
 however\, very different from the traditional information systems we have 
 been using all our lives. \n\nIn this session\, we will explore some of the 
 important differences between GenAI tools and traditional information 
 systems. We will focus on how they are different in the way they work\, how 
 we can and must interact with them differently than how we have done in the 
 past\, and how the responses they provide are different and require a 
 different level of oversight and quality assurance.
