SUMMARY:Open Educational Resources Summit
DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Open Educational Resources Summit\, a free 
 one-day conference focused on Open Educational Resources (OER) and their 
 role in expanding access\, equity\, and innovation in teaching and 
 learning. Sponsored by University Libraries and the College of Arts and 
 Sciences\, this event brings together educators\, instructional designers\, 
 librarians\, administrators\, and advocates to explore how open resources 
 are being created\, adopted\, and sustained across educational 
 contexts.\n\nBeing held in the Ernest F. Hollings Special Collections 
 Library\, the program will feature panel discussions\, hands-on trainings\, 
 and other presentations highlighting practical strategies\, research\, and 
 real-world examples of OER in action. Sessions are designed to support both 
 newcomers to OER and those with more advanced experience. \n\nTo 
 accommodate busy schedules and encourage different levels of 
 participation\, the conference offers multiple attendance options.  
 Full-day registrations are now closed but we are still accepting 
 session-only registration. Session-only registration  is available for 
 participants who wish to attend one or more sessions but cannot commit to 
 the full day\; lunch is not included with session-only registration. 
 \n\nWhether you are looking to gain foundational knowledge\, deepen your 
 practice\, or connect with others working in open education\, this 
 conference offers flexible ways to engage with timely ideas and 
 conversations around OER!
