DESCRIPTION:It's been 2 1/2 years since ChatGPT was introduced. What have 
 we learned about generative artificial intelligence? In this session\, we 
 will review what generative AI is\, how GenAI chatbots work\, how they work 
 different from our traditional information systems\, and how that should 
 impact our use and expectations. We will describe developments between then 
 and now that might provide insight into where we are headed in the future.
