Data Visualization by Example - Choices and Applications Online

For the data visualization creator, there are two foundational choices. What type of chart, graph, plot, map, etc., to use and what product to use to create the visualization. Using real-world examples, this session will explore:
- how to choose when to use different types of graphs, charts, plots, maps, etc.
- tools to assist making appropriate data visualization type choices
- different types or products useful for creating data visualizations
- principles to help choose the appropriate tool
